Returns Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Return
- Email us at support@aurraworld.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
- Pack your item securely and send it to the return address provided.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Return Shipping Costs
- UK customers - Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
- US customers - Return shipping is at the customer's cost. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A photo of the item
We will arrange a free return and offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, washed, or worn
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
- Personalised or custom-made items
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
